The life and work of the albanologist Albina Girfanova, who died in 2018, has pushed her fellow albanologists to publish the book “Balkan Area. Altaic Studies. General Linguistics. In Memoriam Albina H. Girfanova (1957–2018)”, which is promoted today within the International Seminar on Albanian Language, Culture and Literature.

The promotion of this book will be done by the Russian albanologist Alexander Novik, who, in an interview for KosovaPress says that he feels very good that this year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the seminar has managed to gather in Prishtina albanologists from all over the world...
