National Coordinator, Laura Pula, stated that so far six people have been detained for two types of criminal offenses related to violating the secrecy of voting and threatening the candidate.

Pula told KosovaPress that five cases of detention are in North and South Mitrovica, and one case in the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina.

"The aspect of protecting citizens' votes has gone very well as far as the State Prosecutor is concerned, based on the activities that we have had since 07:00h and that will continue until 23:00 tonight, until the end of the process and the counting of votes. In total, we have 6 people who are detained for criminal offenses against the right to vote, and we have some information about other actions by the competent prosecutors in the field, which depending on the results will eventually follow with another investigation... The criminal offenses that these people have been detained for are two criminal offenses, namely violating the secrecy of voting and threatening the candidate... In the Basic Prosecution Office of Mitrovica, which deals with North Mitrovica and South Mitrovica, and we also have a case from the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina", emphasized the prosecutor.

Regarding the suspicions about the matriculation color, Pula said that they have requested information from the Central Election Commission regarding this concern.
