The Basic Prosecution in Prishtina says that yesterday it was notified by the police about gunshots in the village of Gushterica in Gracanica, where at the scene the medical team found that a person was left without signs of life, as a result of wounds received from the shooting with a firearm. According to the notification, the prosecutor went to the scene and by her order the person with the initials M.Sh. (police officer) was detained for a period of 48 hours, in relation to the criminal offense "Aggravated Murder", as it is suspected that the latter has murdered of life the now deceased D.Sh., (his brother), while the lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for autopsy. “The Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, in full coordination with the police and the PIK, are undertaking all the necessary investigative actions, in order to shed light on all the circumstances in this criminal case. Also, the State Prosecutor within the legal deadline, will exercise a request against the suspect to ensure the presence of the defendant in criminal proceedings, in the competent court ", it is said in the notification.
