The dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is expected to be slowed down in an attempt to reach a final agreement. The proposal-indictment for war crimes against the president, Hashim Thaçi, and the PDK chairman, Kadri Veseli, is being considered to have changed the process and the efficiency of the dialogue.

Although, the Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, continues to reiterate that dialogue is expected to resume soon, the political analyst, Ramush Tahiri says for KosovaPress that the dialogue has been suspended for at least a year.
