On the second day of Population Census Week, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi emphasized that the amount allocated by the government for this project is over 12 million euros, and according to him, in the end of this process there will be a complete system of statistical data.
He said that through the population census data, they will receive more accurate data on economic, financial and service activities.
Emilja Redzepi, Deputy Prime Minister, said that the registration of households is the largest statistical cnesus, the purpose of which is to collect basic data on the number, territorial distribution and composition of the population according to demographic and economic characteristics.
She said that the state authorities should work on the presentation, promotion and education of the citizens, so that the census will be successful.
