The head of the Kosovo Police Union, Imer Zeqiri, said that the discussions with the Government of Kosovo are continuing, but that so far there is nothing in favor of the police.
He said that the Kosovo Police are waiting for the law on health and life insurance to be made.Zeqiri added that the policemen work in bad conditions, and that they should be improved starting with health insurance, salary and others.
Zeqiri has called for the drafting of the health insurance law as soon as possible because many police officers are resigning due to poor working conditions.
