The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant damage to the tourism sector in Kosovo. Although, Kosovo remains an attractive place for foreign tourists, the pandemic has reduced their number by around 70 percent.

The President of the Tourism Union of Kosovo (TUK), Baki Hoti, told KosovaPress that after the easing of the measures, a revival in the tourism sector has started, however, according to him, it is not the trend as it was before the pandemic.
