Thanks to volunteers in 26 branches of the Red Cross of Kosovo, tens of thousands of citizens are being helped. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Kosovo, the Red Cross managed to help over 50 thousand families in need with food and hygiene packages.

On the World Red Cross Day, the Coordinator of the Red Cross of Kosovo, Armend Shala, told KosovaPress that at the national level, this institution has about 3 thousand volunteers, where 300 of them have been active during the pandemic period.
