The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) announced that it has taken a decision to grant consent for the transfer of two properties of the socially owned enterprise, “Jedinstvo” for the needs of the Ministry of Health, to be used as a central drug warehouse.
“This decision is in accordance with the final decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on expropriation dated July 24, 2024,” the statement said.
The Board also reviewed and approved the Direct Sales Division’s recommendation reports, approving 20 cases that met the criteria for treatment under the sales procedure and rejecting 13 other cases.Finally, other important issues related to the privatization and liquidation of socially owned enterprises were also discussed, based on presentations by the PAK management.
