The Ombudsman has expressed concern regarding the video published in Prishtina, where a child is brutally beaten by his peers and the other video in Gjakova, where a child is also brutally beaten. According to the Ombudsman, violence against and between children is intolerable. The Ombudsman also calls on all institutions, civil society and citizens of the Republic of Kosovo to mobilize and address violence because combating and preventing violence is an all-social responsibility.
