The old man, the grandfather of two students at the "Ismail Qemaili" elementary school in Prishtina, was arrested, after he clashed yesterday with the head of the SBAShK, Rrahman Jasharaj.

The Kosovo Police announced in the 24-hour report that the case was opened as a "threat".

It says that the victim was threatened by the Kosovar male suspect, who tried to attack him physically.
