The National Security Council will hold a meeting tonight at 19:00, KosovaPress sources report. It is reported that the security situation in the country and the situation in Ukraine will be discussed at this meeting. The crisis in Ukraine has become a topic of discussion in the Assembly of Kosovo. Vetëvendosje Movement MP, Haki Abazi, has requested a meeting of security institutions to monitor the situation that Kosovo may face, after the possible Russian intervention in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Enver Hoxhaj, has requested the imposition of sanctions on Russia.
