The Municipality of Obiliq gives public recognition awards

The municipality of Obiliq has given the public recognition awards for civic commitment and for the distinguished municipal official. This process has been carried out for the first time, where it was said that it will continue further in this municipality with the support of USAID.

Zelushe Kelmendi, Fitim Sadiku and Basri Dubova were the winners of the annual award for civic engagement. Meanwhile, Daut Mjeku, Drita Hashani and Valmira Brahimi were awarded the annual award for the outstanding municipal official.

The mayor of Obiliq, Xhafer Gashi, thanked all the municipal officials, for whom he said that each one deserves to be rewarded.

Also, Gashi emphasized that this year has been successful for the Municipality of Obiliq.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the commission, Hajriz Bekteshi, emphasized that this process was initial for the Municipality of Obiliq, but that they are the first municipality to achieve initial results.

By the decision of the mayor of the municipality, the committee was formed for the annual award for civic engagement and the annual award for the distinguished municipal official. This process was carried out for the first time, where it was said that it will continue further in Obiliq.
