The Municipality of Gjakova wins a court case, the Constitutional Court returns it for reconsideration
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has published a judgment filed by the Municipality of Gjakova, in which it was requested to assess the constitutionality of a judgment of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo, of October 28, 2020, where the latter has received decision in favor of the complainant without giving the opportunity to the representatives of the municipality to present evidence.
