Despite the possibility of reaching an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on energy in the north next week, the Government of Kosovo is being asked to use the creation of an international momentum for mutual recognition and to make progress towards a final agreement with its northern neighbor. However, in the ruling party, Vetëvendosje Movement, they accuse Serbia of deliberately delaying the dialogue.
