The LDK accuses the Kurti Government of attempting to capture justice institutions

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has addressed a series of accusations against the Government of Kosovo for attempting to seize capture institutions. The opposition party estimated that the executive, through legislative initiatives for the Prosecutorial Council and the state bureau for the verification and confiscation of illegal property, is also bypassing the Venice Commission. The member of the Presidency of the LDK, Sibel Halimi, in a press conference said that the Kurti Government, after capturing most of the institutions, now it is aiming for the independent ones as well. Whereas, the deputy Driton Selmanaj said that the position of the government in some legislative initiatives in the justice department is worrying.
