The lack of accountability of judges and prosecutors is the main obstacle to advancing the Kosovo justice system towards an accountable, integrated and professional system. This is the finding of the report "Accountability without progress - Analysis of (non) implementation of the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors", published by the Kosovo Law Institute today.
