The Italian President Sergio Mattarella congratulated Kosovo on the 13th anniversary of its independence.

Through a congratulatory message sent to the acting president, Vjosa Osmani, Mattarella said that Italy stands by Kosovo on the path of reforms and institutional consolidation.
