Three days before the meeting in Washington with the Serbian side, the Kosovar delegation is being asked to raise the issue of the rights of the Albanians of the Presevo Valley.

The chairman of the National Council of Albanians in Serbia, Ragmi Mustafa, says Albanians in the Presevo Valley continue to be discriminated against by the Serbian state.
