The reciprocity for identity cards with Serbia is continuing today. Declaration forms are being issued at the border point in Merdare for all Serbian citizens entering Kosovo. Police officials at this border point told KosovaPress that until there is a political decision-making, they will continue to provide Serbian citizens with declaration forms for entering and exiting the territory of Kosovo. KosovaPress tried to get a statement from Serbian citizens who came to Kosovo, but they refused to speak. Currently, at this border point, there are long queues of cars both exiting and entering Kosovo, mainly compatriots. Prime Minister Albin Kurti, although he has pledged to postpone the decision on reciprocity, he has said that it will be postponed when the barricades in the north are removed.
