The adviser to the Minister of Education, Donika Kastrati, said that supporting mental health is not a task for schools alone, but requires a collaborative effort that engages families, communities, and policy makers.
Meanwhile, the president of SBAShK, Rrahman Jasharaj added that this conference proves that together they can help in the best changes for a better-quality school and education.
The two-day conference "Mental health care in Kosovo school", the two-day conference is organized by the United Union of Education, Science and Technology (SBAShK) and the American Solidarity Center based in Tirana.
The objectives of this conference are to identify effective strategies for the integrated implementation of mental health approaches in schools, to examine research-based practices about mental health in schools, and to try to develop concrete action plans to encourage meaningful partnerships. /A.
