The opposition's procedural motion to establish a parliamentary inquiry commission into the energy crisis has failed. Only 33 MPs voted in favor of the motion to put on the agenda the establishment of this commission proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo. The opposition called it a denial of constitutional right, and left the hall.

Out of 108 MPs present, 72 votes were needed for the motion to pass and become part of the agenda of today's session...
