The hero Afrim Bunjaku is honored
In marking the one year anniversary of the death of the hero, the policeman of Kosovo, Afrim Bunjaku, the prime minister, Albin Kurti, together with the speaker of the assembly, Glauk Konjufca and the minister of internal affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, have visited his family.
After the visit, the heads of state paid homage to his grave in the Samadrexha cemetery in Vushtrri.
Also present were the Minister of Justice Albulena Haxhiu, the US ambassador in Prishtina, Jeffery Hovenier, members of the Kosova Police, Bunjaku's son and all the Vetëvendosje MPs.
Afrim Bunjaku was killed in the early hours of the morning of September 24, 2023, in Banjska by the terrorist group led by Milan Radojicic.
After a year, the Special Prosecution has filed an indictment in the Basic Court of Prishtina against 45 defendants who are suspected of being involved in this terrorist attack. /A.Shala/
