The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Liza Gashi, said that the acting Government of Kosovo, within the Economic Recovery Package, has planned to cover the cost cross border green card for vehicles coming to Kosovo for 2020.

She said that the solution for the "Green Card" has been promised very often, but we have never seen concrete steps to solve this problem that affects our diaspora the most.
