In today's meeting, the Government of Kosovo has taken a number of decisions. The Executive approved the Higher Education Law and the initiative for mutual recognition of driving licenses with Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The government cabinet also allocated 30,000 euros for housing five journalists from Afghanistan in Kosovo. Meanwhile, it postponed for another six months the deadline for the reimbursement of 10 percent of pension savings that citizens have withdrawn in 2020.

The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arberie Nagavci, said that through the Draft Law on higher education, clear criteria will be defined for the establishment of institutions for higher education and the verification of academic titles will be done.
