The government predicts economic growth of 10 percent, economists are pessimistic

Despite the fact that the revision of the 2021 budget envisages an economic growth rate of 7.9 percent, now the latest official data from the government show an even higher growth, up to 10 percent. But economists consider that the chances of achieving a great economic rate do not exist, unless of large billion-dollar investments. Also, the IMF has not predicted an increase of more than 6 percent.

The Minister of Economy Artane Rizvanolli, told KosovaPress that the economic growth projection of 7.9 percent by the Ministry of Finance has increased even further.
