The Association of Kosovo Municipalities (AKM) requires form the Government of Kosovo not to ignore them in consultations regarding the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a Facebook post, from the AKM say that the municipalities belong to the citizens and have a mayor who was elected by direct vote, therefore municipalities should in no way be ignored...
