The MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo have failed to vote in principle the draft law on the amendment of the law on the Independent Oversight Board for the Civil Service of Kosovo. However, the opposition said that the country's Constitution is being violated with this draft law.

The draft law received only 55 votes.

The opposition did not support the draft law, considering it unconstitutional, and they did not even rule out the possibility to send this draft law to the Constitutional Court...
