The Government of Kosovo is asked to initiate an internal dialogue with the Serb community in the country. Apart from the long-standing commitment of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, this is considered that it will facilitate their integration and will create the impression of what the final agreement on the normalization of relations would contain.
