The Government of Kosovo has implemented only 48 percent of the Strategic and Operational Plan for the period January-December 2022.

The FOL Movement has monitored this plan of 15 Ministries and the Office of the Prime Minister for this period, which has evidenced that the Office of the Prime Minister, out of 255 activities foreseen within the Strategic and Operational Plan of the Government, has carried out 131 activities, whereas, 94 has not been realized at all.

However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has foreseen 118 activities within the Strategic and Operational Plan of the Government, but they have not provided an answer as to how many of these activities have been carried out during 2022...
