The government cabinet has approved the draft law on the Commercial Court. In today's meeting it was said that its establishment marks a step forward in the reform of commercial justice in the Republic of Kosovo.

The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that with the establishment of this court, the review and treatment of commercial cases will be accelerated.
