The former Eulex judge will report to the Assembly on the "irregularities" of this mission in Kosovo

The former head judge for the EU rule-of-law mission in Kosovo, Malcolm Simmons, will report to the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation, Mandates and Immunities, regarding his allegations of irregularities and abuses of the Eulex mission in Kosovo.

The letter sent 5 months ago, was approved by the committee at today's meeting, at the request of the MP of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Donika Kadaj-Bujupi. The same was supported by all members of the committee, except those of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) who declared against the reporting of former Judge Simmons to any committee of the Assembly. While there is the possibility that depending on the findings and testimonies of the former judge of Eulex, to form a parliamentary committee of inquiry on this issue.
