The first joint professional conference between the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Kosovo with the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Albania has started. In this two-day conference, a comparative and comprehensive treatment of the role and competencies of both jurisdictions will be made, referring to the German and European legal framework. The topic of this conference is "The interaction between judicial and constitutional jurisdiction in the interest of the rule of law: Experience from Kosovo, Albania and Germany".
