The Kosovo Police has announced that in the course of the investigations related to the case of the explosion near Ujmani, around 21:00 they raided a house in the area of ​​Zubin Potok.

The deputy director of the Kosovo Police for the northern region, Veton Elshani, told KosovaPress that during the raid, the police came across and seized, among other things, three handheld transceiver and a car.

"We have no arrested persons, while the police have identified a person who is of interest to us for interviewing", he said.

Yesterday in the afternoon, an explosive device was thrown near Lake Ujmani.

The deputy director of the Kosovo Police for the northern region of Mitrovica, Veton Elshani, has confirmed to KosovaPress that the incident happened around 2:30 p.m.

"At least two cars were damaged by this explosion, but the type of explosive device is still unknown. There are no injuries. The police have gone to the scene for investigations", he said. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Albin Kurti also reacted, saying that the security institutions will discover the actor or actors of this criminal attack and will bring them to justice.
