The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca has concluded that the voting process of the second round of voting for the election of the President is closed, while the process of counting the votes has begun.

The first round with its two reruns failed because there was a quorum, but neither of the two presidential candidates managed to secure the votes for president.
