The Economic Reform Program 2021-2023 aims at performance for the transformation of the economy and identifies barriers to economic growth and job creation.

This was stated by the Minister of Finance Hykmete Bajrami in today's consultative meeting on the process of drafting the Economic Reform Program 2021-2023.
