The MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo, with 74 votes in favor have approved in principle the Draft Law on the sale of apartments for which there is a housing right. The purpose of this draft law was said to be to extend the deadline for the sale of apartments and their purchase on the same terms, as are the procedures in the basic law. Meanwhile, it was also supported by opposition parties.

The Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu said that citizens will benefit with the approval of this draft law.
