The Assembly of Kosovo has failed to pass the draft law on early childhood education due to lack of quorum. The same draft law was also supported by the opposition parties who said they will give additional recommendations between the two readings, but the low number of MPs in the hall caused this bill not to be approved in Thursday's session.
