The Committee on Legislation has approved in principle the Draft Law on Commercial Court. The need for its establishment was considered necessary by the majority and a part of the opposition, while the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) expressed doubts about the role of this court in the legal and constitutional system of the country.

The Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Adnan Rrustemi, said that the approval of this draft law is important for the economic development of the country.
