The draft law is passed in committee, MPs in more than two committees will not be paid
Another point approved in this committee was that the draft law for MPs who participate in more than two committees should not be paid, should be passed to the Assembly for review and approval.
The member of the Committee from Vetëvendosje, Armend Muja, said that each MP who participates in more than two committees should not be paid and this can be foreseen in the budget according to him.
Meanwhile, regarding the engagement of experts, Muja indicated that in the past the selection was made on the basis of the competition, where three types of experts were required, including a financier, a lawyer and someone specializing in education.
In this regard, the MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Bekim Haxhiu has emphasized that they have agreed to provide more resources for experts and expertise.
Meanwhile, the chairman of this committee, Shemsedin Dreshaj, has proposed that the next meeting related to these demands of MPs be held on Friday (May 17). The MPs present also agreed with this.
