The Assembly did not have a quorum for the approval of the decision of the Government of Kosovo on emergency measures in energy supply. Only 55 deputies took part in the voting. In the extraordinary session where the draft decision in question was reviewed, where the Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli justified this decision, saying that the Government has decided on emergency measures in the supply of electricity, which will be valid for a maximum of 60 days. She stressed that according to the government decision, emergency measures in energy supply include: Imposition of restrictions on energy supply to consumers, and imposition of special obligations on energy enterprises.
