The Basic Court in Prishtina today approved the lawsuit of the Ombudsperson for annulment of the decision of the Electricity Regulatory Office for the billing of electricity consumed in the four northern municipalities to the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.

The same judgment obliges ERO to take actions that oblige KEDS to compensate the damage to customers who have been billed for electricity consumption in the four northern municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, in the amount of 40 million 855,480.00 Euro.
