The Constitutional Court on December 23, 2015, made a decision regarding the Association of Serb Majority Municipalities. The request for compliance with the principles of this agreement was sent to the Constitutional Court by the former President of the country, Atifete Jahjaga. The decision of the Constitution stated that the general principles were not entirely in line with the Constitution, based on Article 3 and the rights of communities in the Constitution of Kosovo.
