The Constitution of Kaçanik is the starting point of the political and military movement
The proclamation of the Constitution of Kosovo is being considered as the compass of the peaceful political movement and the starting point of sacrifices during the armed war. On the 31st anniversary of its proclamation, the Union of Writers and Critics, has organized literary classes commemorating the MPs of Kosovo, who, on September 7, 1990, in Kaçanik, contributed to the proclamation of the first constitutional declaration.
The President of the Union of Albanian Writers and Critics, Reshat Sahitaj said that Kosovo was not liberated on February 14, but there are many historic days until the freedom of the country. He expressed dissatisfaction with the Ministry of Culture, and the lack of support for this organization.
