The CRC has completed the counting of conditional votes and the votes of persons with special needs for the elections in Kaçanik.

The PDK candidate Besim Ilazi received the most votes, 107, followed by Jeton Raka of Vetëvendosje with 81. Shkëlqim Jakupi from LDK received 23 votes, Shukri Luta, independent candidate 16, and Kastriot Ibushi, also an independent candidate received only two votes...
