The business community as well as legal experts fear that the number of judges in the Commercial Court is low compared to the cases that are expected to be reviewed, as well as its field of activity. The Commercial Court is currently in the process of constituting and recruiting staff. It is planned to have 20 judges and 94 persons as administrative staff and collaborators.
