The Commercial Court of Kosovo, on August 25 and 26, decided on 60 cases in the First Instance Chamber and the Second Instance Chamber.

The First Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court have made decisions in 30 cases, as well as the Second Instance Chamber of this court, have decided in 30 cases, which are mainly related to enforcement cases of an urgent nature. The first session scheduled in the First Instance Chamber – Department for Administrative Matters of the Commercial Court, will be held on September 9, 2022, at 09:30.
