The summit of three days ago, in Belgrade, resumed meetings between Prime Minister Abdullah Hoti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. Although virtually, the two leaders discussed after about two months since their last meeting in Brussels. However, differences over the establishment of the Association of Serbian Municipalities have called into question the further continuity of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

The opposing position of the parties on this topic, leads to a request to raise the level of mediation in the dialogue.
