The situation in the north of Kosovo has blocked the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Members of the ruling party accuse Serbia of trying to create circumstances that justify its non-participation in the dialogue through the criminal structures there. However, the opposition and civil society raise concerns that for the reduction of tensions in the north and the removal of the barricades, Kosovo will end up in a new round of dialogue in Brussels on internal issues. On the other hand, from the European Union, they say that they are committed to the de-escalation of the situation in the north, but they do not indicate whether they will call the parties to the discussion on this issue.
