The Deputy Minister of Justice, Vigan Qorrolli, criticizes the Special Prosecutor's Office for delaying the filing of indictments for the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Banjska on September 24, 2023. According to him, such a delay is unjustifiable as there is evidence and recordings for the indictment of the person responsible, Milan Radojicic and others.

Qorrolli in an interview for KosovaPress says that they are working on the genocide lawsuit against Serbia. In addition, he talks about the possibilities of adopting the civil code and the removal of punitive measures from the EU.

Qorrolli says that they are looking at the possibility of Albania filing a lawsuit for genocide against Serbia at the International Court of Justice.

As for the adoption of the civil code, Qorrolli says that it will be processed in the Assembly when consensus is reached.

Deputy Minister Qorrolli calls the punitive measures against Kosovo unfair and disproportionate, as he is optimistic that they will be completely removed by the autumn, despite the EU's warnings that they will be removed partially and gradually.
